"We have no complaints about this Oak ridge at all, it was clean, comfy and the sheets were so soft! The only real thing that needed help was the elevator was out of service. The only thing I could think would make this place better is bigger coffee setup and/or a Continental breakfast. Everything was clean and cozy, loved the games on the second floor. VERY nice touch! "
"Everything was great!! Comfy clean beds. Bunk beds were great addition. The outdoor pools are kids pools which were great for my small kids. I bought off Expedia so the water park was not included but we figured that when booking. The waterpark looks great and can’t wait to come back and experience it! "

"Pool is indoors and the water is saltwater. The property is surrounded with American Flags. Security cameras for safety and friendly staff. Breakfast was provided. Room was clean, flat screen TV, and great air conditioner unit. Repair guy was knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. Enjoyed the stay!!!"

"The Ozarker Lodge had a unique and fun atmosphere with great outdoor spaces (pool, hot tubs, campfire areas, and the creek). The bunk bed room was perfect for our family of 5. "

"The property manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. He switched our rooms as the first one was a bit smokey. You could tell from previous reviews they were working diligently to correct others concerns. The pool was great. The rooms were average but it's a 2 star hotel. We will stay again. If the entire room had laminate floor that would be udeal. Thank you sir for going above and beyond!"
"This hotel is actually a vacation resort and it is extremely nice and well maintained. I have been coming here for many years and it is my go to place in Branson. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey, and with the new parking fee of $15/day it makes it even more expensive. We got a room in the bottom floor (underground) but for a one night stay this was just fine!
Positive: very clean, activities, beautiful pool, ample seating at pool and resort, good workout facility.
Negative: workout facility is too small.
With the amount of guests during peak summer days it gets really crowded in there! Several years ago they used to do the splash contest at the pool more often and this was a highlight for our family, but they don’t do that as much. The activities are not quite as good as they used to be 6-8 years ago. $15 per day parking is a big bummer. The room we got had a bit of a muggy smell/feel to it when we first got in there but we cranked the air and it caught up and was very comfortable (it was an extremely hot day out) so the air was having a hard time keeping up. unfortunately this time we had to leave really early as my daughter got sick, which was a huge bummer but not a knock against the hotel, just disappointing for sure considering the amount of money we paid and didn’t end up doing anything the day of our stay. "
