“We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. ”

“Everything was great! This hotel is well kept, clean, staff is friendly. A nice surprise was the gift shop with the ticket counter where you can get ticket to the shows and attractions. We were even able to book our tickets for Dolly Parton’s Stampede here. Breakfast was good and the salt water pool was nice especially for the rainy day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Branson!”

“Everything was great as always”

“We had no issues with the room or property itself but they did not have staff on site and they aren’t easy to contact. We were checked in by someone who came from a sister property 15-20 minutes after making the call we had arrived. We were checked in for maybe 6 hours before I went into unexpected labor and we had to pack up and leave. I returned our key cards to the drop box because there are no staff and reached out to request possibly a partial refund since we couldn’t stay the whole trip. I……

“Great resort with a full game room for the kids. Outdoor pool area was closed seasonally, but the indoor pool & hot tub was more than adequate. Very friendly helpful staff!”

“Breakfast was not great…. Only offered apple juice or milk to drink. OJ machine was not working. They didn’t have towels available the two times I inquired at the front desk. The walkways and stair areas need to be cleaned along with the hvac units in the rooms. ”

“They have a small park right next to them with BBQ grills and picnic tables. It was great and the kids loved it!”

“The room was in good condition, but when I booked the to I was not told that they were doing renovations. After I booked the non-refundable room we received a call stating they were in the process of major renovation. Breakfast was affected too making the experience disappointing. ”

“The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and quiet - very little road noise. Breakfast variety was good and fresh each morning. Experienced a problem with TV reception during our stay.”

“The pool area was in disarray because of winter but still looked messy if you used the back door. The rooms were very clean and staff were very welcoming. Nice place will stay again.”

“Unique rooms, each one styled differently. Easy check in via email-they send door code. Didn't have daily housekeeping but fine not having someone in the room when we aren't there.”

“Staff were great, felt safe at this hotel. New furniture package was nice. The free breakfast was really good. I liked the biscuits and gravy. Very nice pool with the bar attached to it. You can tell they take allot of pride in this hotel. We will be back. ”

“They have a sign posted on the door that the are under construction. And it appeared that they are doing some up grading. That did not change the stay. Everything about the stay was pleasant. ”
