“This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! We found our room, as well as the facility, to be extremely clean and comfortable. The decor is in keeping with the "lodge" feel. The lobby is welcoming with a massive fireplace and attractive stairwells. The indoor pool is a good size and depth for our grandsons, ages 12 and 9. The check-in and check-out staff were cordial and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was impressive with the amount of items available--waffles, pancakes, french toast……

“They try. The rooms are ok and seem clean. They really need to fix the foundational stuff. In our room...Toilet fill valve is messed up, remote falls apart every time you touch it, 32" TV?, clock won't display anymore, sheets are super scratchy...and the worst of all the beds are awful. No support at all, and you can feel the straps through the sheets. For a budget motel its fine and we have stayed in a lot, but for a 3 star we expected a bit more. The remodel they didnt even cut in the paint on……

“It was clean. Reminded me of a 1980’s motel but it was certainly functional and economic. Easy access to Branson attractions.”

“They could not find their maintenance man to unlock the pool, apparently he had the one and only gate key to the pool. At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty. The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood.”

“To keep it short I won’t go into a lot of detail, but overall for the price I paid on Expedia. This was a heck of a deal!! BREAKFAST: From what I read online, the breakfast was award-winning… I did not experience an award-winning breakfast but everything was hot and well tended. Honestly, I would give it a better rating if the coffee wasn’t so terrible but I had to outsource my coffee during our trip because the hotel coffee was awful. Also, there is no access to the lobby or the café until 7……

“We stayed for 3 nights. 4 people. Double queen beds. Pros: clean, elevator, AC, cable, free wifi, free excellent breakfast, comfortable beds Cons: parking and walking on a hill, bathroom-very small with toilet and tub/shower in room by itself. Hard to get dressed. Sink outside by beds, no microwave to reheat leftovers from restaurant.”

“I loved everything about this place, except the toilet are low to the ground and climbing in and out the tub was a little harder, but nothing bad to say about them. I would recommend this place to everybody I know, and I definitely will be going back again and it was close to seven dollar city. I’m easy to get to. I was very pleased with that. I would give it a 10 if I were rating it.”

“Will stay here again. Prices were low but the rooms were nice. We had a king room and there was lots of open space inside. Breakfast is pretty standard for a free breakfast. That said the biscuit and gravy was good. Staff was friendly and gave us recommendations when we asked. While the property is dated, the rooms were updated and we felt safe.”

“We stay at Brookwood Inn every time we come to Branson. : ) You can't beat the price for what you get. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the free breakfast. After a busy day in Branson, we are usually too tired to stay up late for the cobbler and ice cream, but I bet it's great! Maybe move the time to a little earlier? We love that it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and that there is also pirate mini-golf right next door! The rooms are……
