Do not recommend staying here. Housekeeping is on a two week basis. The room was not properly cleaned. I had to clean the bathroom(urine on toilet) and ask for new sheets( crumbs under the bedspread) . I asked for a broom, they didn’t have one. Gatorade bottles under the bed. Very poorly maintained

We stayed there for a month while we were building our house. It looks like a homeless shelter. We had to leave the hotel for a day they had roaches so everything bad disgusting.

I got to the hotel and Expedia messed up my booking. I was asked to pay add'l US$40 when I fully paid Expedia. The lady at the reception was not nice or friendly. Expedia ended up canceling the booking and we rebooked at the hotel. This hotel is only for sleeping. If you have plans to cook, bring your cooking utensils, dishwares, etc. My family and I were disappointed with the amenities provided but I guess we didnt read it before booking. The room was clean though. You have to pay for wifi for more than 2 devices or want to watch videos online. Overall I would rate this hotel 2 star because of their poor staff service

The facilities and employee were fine. However, from about 1am - 3am there were people pounding on their door in my hall. It was bad enough that I checked out after the first night (from an originally planned 3-night stay) and switched hotels. I have no idea if my experience was a fluke, but that was my experience.

To begin some of the staff was not professional and courtesy. The attitude of the staff manager was not pleasant to be out in the front people want someone that they can feel comfortable enough to talk to. The housekeeping staff was not pleasant at all very rude. When you’re paying your money to stay in an establishment it should feel pleasant and warming to be in. I have stay here for about three weeks and there’s no reason why a patron should fear to go to the front desk to ask for what they need.

We came to check in around 11:30, we called the number on their phone since the desk was closed and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for someone to finally come down. When a worker finally did come she was dressed in revealing pajamas and smelled of weed and cigarettes. When we finally got to our room there were stains on our comforter and blankets. The sheets seemed fine but we stripped the bed of blanket and comforter. The hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes. Although obviously not the hotels fault, there was someone a floor beneath us blasting music till 3 am. Hotel was definitely not as advertised, AVOID.

Decent place to stay staff was helpful. Bed and pillows were less than desirable. Rooms do not have any soap shampoo etc. There were a lot of kids running the hallways and parking lot and numerous dogs barking.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed. It is worse than terrible. It seems more like a placement facility for less privileged people waiting on public housing. The exterior of the hotel looks fresh. The interior needs a complete makeover. The smell throughout the hotel, including lobby, elevator and hallways are unbearable. To the point I had to purchase a portable air freshener and a couple bug repellent devices. Yes, the room was infested with bugs, Fruit flies, flies and lady bugs. I stayed at this property for one week. On two occasions I was awakened with bugs on my body. The refrigerator had spoiled food in it when I arrived. The entire placed reeked of marijuana. The toilet and tub were disgusting. There were random people just hanging around the exterior. I can go on and on. But if you are looking for at a miimum a good night sleep and relaxation this place is not it!

The room was clean, well laid out and was a nice size. That said, yes, you have a kitchenet, but you are NOT provided silverware, plates, pots, pans, or dishes to use the any of the amenities. There were NO hangers provided and the advertised hair dryer (upon request) was untrue, there we NO hairdryers in the building and there we no Ironing Boards not Irons available either. We stayed in a room with a King Size bed - yes, it was the right size, but the mattress was VERY uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to be comfortable to sleep. Lastly, on our last night (Saturday), there was not 1, but 2 Fire Alarms (both false alarms), one about 11:00 PM and one about 2:30 AM... To sum it up, for the price of the room, I would likely NOT recommend staying at this hotel UNLESS they resolve the many issues - we will NOT be back.
