Enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the screened lanai while enjoying all the comforts of home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st living level, corner unit. You can comfortably sleep 4 with a king in the primary & queen bed in the guest room. The owner has furnished the unit with TVs in each bedroom and livingroom, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, covered parking, beach towels, and beach equipment in the storage locker. The complex offers a community heated pool, shuffleboard, charcoal grills and elevator for your convenience.
