She spoke to the manager and found me a ground floor room with nearby parking that was empty but not cleaned from the last guest, she told me to go to the restaurant to have dinner, and she went and prepared the room while I ate. The room was spotless, the rest of the staff was very nice and the food was great. I would stay there again any time."
