One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a complimentary cabana on the day of my birthday, which made the celebration even more special. It was a wonderful touch and I really appreciated it. However, I did not like the fact that the room did not have an actual TV. Instead, there was only an iPad provided, which was not a feasible replacement for in-room entertainment. I do feel the property should offer more options for guests when it comes to entertainment. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and the location was great. I would also like to highlight Remi and Riahna at the front desk, who were both very helpful and welcoming during our stay. Great customer service always makes a difference.
