The check in process is seamless and the staff are quick to answer in person questions. My only negative was outside of office communication, emails / calls / chat functions lacked in responsiveness. ”

“We had a garden apt. With outdoor kitchen and living space. This was excellent and very comfortable and useful. We cooked many meals, as we tend to do on vacation. Our 2nd bathroom did have a bad smell from the drain, which was unpleasant. We remedied that by keeping the window in the bathroom open and a towel at the botttom of the door, using the other bathroom 100% of the time. The bedroom was fine after that. The grounds and snorkeling were excellent.”

“Place was clean, cozy and cleaning staff was amazing. Only issue there wasn’t anyone at the front desk ever, not a good look in case of an emergency. I arrived in time for my 4 pm checkin and had to wait outside until 5 because no someone to show up to let me in. There were no iron or hair dryer in the room, definitely a must to have. “Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. ”
