What should have been a seamless stay turned into a series of ongoing inconveniences—from difficulties at check-in, to challenges securing restaurant reservations, to excessive delays even when attempting to obtain a simple drink, which is particularly concerning for an all-inclusive property. “Very beautiful property and almost everyone was kind except for one slim female bartender with the big fake curly ponytail. She never acknowledged us once at the bar no matter where we sat. I could never see her name bar to get her name but I’ll be back and I’ll get it next time. The best highlight of this property is the bartender Aisha(could spell it differently)!!!! “Stayed in the ocean front rooms and it was amazing! The staff are incredible and easy access and walking to restaurants. Loved the cabana at the beach, the pool area is quiet and relaxing, endless views of ocean. Classy modern mcm decor in the lobby, rooms are modern decor, groceries on site if needed.
