Don’t think twice about clicking on and reserving at MÍA Hotel and Resort! Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception). Es un hotel pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, lo que permite que el staff pueda ser muy amable porque ubican a los huéspedes. La propiedad está a pie de la laguna, y es muy conveniente que tienen kayak y padel board. La comida es buena. Los masajes súper relajantes. No nos reconocieron como viajero VIP de Expedia. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial!
