The location was great. The staff are great. The private pool was wonderful. The apartment was clean.

Great location and gorgeous beach, however the resort lacks amenities. No sports bar, no activities room (e.g. pool tables, foosball tables, shuffleboard). Also the hallway carpeting is old and dirty and they use a strong chemical detergent to try to mask the smell. Food at restaurants very good however they have to start using a reservation system instead of having people start lining up before 6:00 to enter the restaurants. The STAFF absolutely fantastic across all areas.

We initially booked a studio; however, the room was very damp and smelled like mildew. When we shared the issue with reception they changed our room immediately and noticed a difference right away. Our room was cleaned daily, but on the third day, it was thoroughly cleaned. The staff from greeters, to shuttle drivers, and wait staff were awesome- with the exception of Mulligan's- that's where we received the least amount of hospitality.

Wonderful resort. The room was beautiful, clean, way more amenities than expected. Upgraded with a beautiful bathroom. A variety of pools and location was perfectly across the beach.

We had such a great time staying at the Divi. We stayed in a one bedroom in the main building everything is beautifully updated and clean! The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. The beach was great and clean it was so easy to get chairs and palapas you could easily sleep in a bit and get a great spot even at 8am. We also used the grill area for lunch which was great to have onsite. The grocery store is very close by so we did a lot of cooking for breakfast and lunch onsite. Overall I highly recommend this resort and we will be coming back!
