Hotel Sorrento
10/10 Excellent
"This property was centrally located but still away from the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay. Jess at the front desk is the best and the gentlemen that assisted us with valet were pretty awesome good too.
If you when a chance to order room service- pls do. We ordered their seafood risotto, fresh basked focaccia bread, lasagna and their mussels. We ordered both nights. It was that good! Would definitely stay there again!"
"The Arctic is a wonderfully restoed historic hotel with top- notch staff. It's close to the waterfront and in the heart of downtown without being congested. The breakfast was a feast and the bar-lobby was another historic treat."
"Very pleased with our stay at the Seattle Downtown AC Hotel. Staff is excellent and the manager quickly changed room for us when first room view looked at duct work and interior of building light well. No problems at all and would stay again."
"Amazing stay as expected from a Hyatt property. I prefer the Hyatt Grand as it’s more plush and elegant but overall a wonderful stay. Nice quiet and comfortable rooms, Will definitely be back when we’re in the area."

"An older building that’s well maintained, this hotel has everything you need and the price per night is reasonable. Free bikes to borrow. Complimentary snacks, coffee and tea in your room. Fresh coffee in the lobby starting at 6 am. Free shuttle to the pier. Definitely a good choice for pre-cruise stay. "
"Our stay here was amazing. The hotel was clean and had everything we could have needed. The bidet was a surprising and nice touch. The staff were very accommodating. It was in a great location with lots near by including rental cars and public transportation. We had a great view of the city. I couldn’t recommend more. "
"We were in the executive 2 bedroom suite and loved the balcony and enjoyed coffee and cocktails out there, taking in the view each morning and evening. The beds were super comfy, the room was very clean and spacious. Our teenagers made good use of the pools and gym. Walkable to the space needle or pikes. We will be back!"
