"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Bed is what I would say is a medium firmness and pillows are very nice. I can not commit on the noise level as i don't believe the music venues had any bands playing. The hotel is approximately three blocks to Pier 69, be advertised it's down hill going to the pier and up hill coming from, they are not little hills. The hotel does not have a elevator but staff is willing to come help with bags. We really like this hotel...
