“Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch……

“Staffer's were courteous, respectful, and extremely friendly. Breakfast was second to none and hospitality was superb. House keeping was excellent with daily cleaning and garbage disposal. Although, my wife and I don't drink alcohol, the bar tenders were very friendly. The front lobby/waiting area and the reading room with the fireplace was absolutely stunning. The Coffered Ceiling gave the lobby an elegant and charming appearance. The room we stayed in had all the amenities possible with……

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Canal side Inn. So did my furry companion Frankie, who was well greeted by the owners and other pets alike. Guests were equally friendly, those with 2 feet. The room was lovely for a single traveler and dog. It was especially nice being in a residential neighborhood with the canal right outside the doorstep, lovely scenery, easy walking distance to Rehoboth Beach Perfect four-day vacation to clear the mind with easy access to all that you would want in……

“I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.”
