"The location of this specific property on a golf resort was very good but the unit itself was very stinky. Couches and fabric furniture was stained and smelly. Carpet as well. Even though the unit was smoking free there was a distinct cigarette smoking smell. Bathroom shower tiles has some mold. Bath towels definitely had musky, sour stink. Bedroom carpet very dirty. Needs serious deep cleaning and new sets of bath towels."

"Tom’s property was the perfect price and location. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to everywhere you wanted to be and was quiet especially at night. The house fitted both my friends needs and was very comfortable. Tom was truly super communicative and helpful anytime I needed to reach him especially when it came to check in/out which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!"

"My fiancé and I planned a last minute trip to the Cape for his birthday . We walked into a beautiful studio. Neil our host was extremely accommodating. We had fresh lilacs on the kitchen table with a bottle of champagne and salt water taffy which we indulged in 😉 Shops and restaurants were close by and a walk to the beach. We recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice quiet area with wonderful service from your host."

"This property is perfect. Condo on a private beach with beautiful ocean views from all rooms. The deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy the ocean views and air.
