“The newly renovated rooms were bright and comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to try the indoor pool, but it looked nice! The only complaint I have is that our reservation states free breakfast but the management said that was an error. They compromised by paying a portion of our breakfast. I think free breakfast would be a nice amenity since there is a restaurant on the premises. It also would be nice if they gave you an option of tea along with coffee in the rooms.”

“I requested a ground floor room because of mobility issues and, after a brief puch back, agreed to change my room to first floor, which I appreciated.
