"We loved this hotel. While it felt off the beaten track it was perfect. We checked in late without an issue. When we went to the bar for a drink, Pasco looked after us really well even though it was near closing time. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool a sauna and steam room. A beautiful terrace and easy access to beach. We will return."

"The villa is in a small village in the hills above Podstrana, and has amazing views across to the islands and over Split. The road up from the main road takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have, it's well worth it to enjoy the peace and quiet while at the same time being pretty close to Split. The garden and pool are really nice, and the villa itself is just what we wanted. 1 observation about the local restaurants - we needed to book a few days in advance as they are very busy. So, thanks Petra for a fantastic holiday, and we hope to return."

"We spent a wonderful week in Villa Delmati with family and friends. The Villa is huge and immaculately kept. The summer kitchen worked really well for us and we lived outdoors for the whole week. The pool was well used to say the least along with the full sized tennis court. Location wise, very well placed; 10 minutes from Omis and 25 minutes from Split. The coastal road south of Omis was spectacular with its turquoise seas and numerous beach and cove stopping points. During our stay we made a trip to Split, a day's boat trip to the island of Brac (truly unforgettable and would highly recommend) and had a fantastic meal in Naklice at Konoba Palacio which is 5 minutes drive But the stand out part of our trip has to be the hospitality shown to us by the owners who were fun, warm, welcoming and so helpful in sharing recommendations. A special mention to Laura for welcoming us late after a flight delay and also her top class organisation of the boat trip, which is an absolute must, and booking of the local restaurant on our last day in Tugare. Also to Laura's Mum for the special feast she cooked for our group during our stay. We had an unforgettable week in this Villa and we would highly recommend. We wouldn't hesitate to return here agin in future."

"Despite excellent friendly service and clean basic rooms avoid staying at this hotel at all costs. It is placed 20 - 30 mins by taxi from the old town of Split in an industrial area. As other reviews state, there is no access to public transport, no nearby shops or amenities and an awful outlook. It is surrounded by factories and manufacturing businesses. It would appear that perhaps an owner of a factory has transformed it into a hotel. "

"A beautiful house and a pool & terrace to die for! We felt really chilled here (despite the heat) & Anna was a perfect host. Great base for visiting Split and Cetina river activities. And did I already say the pool is amazing!"

"Good flat with free parking. Good location close to the main street by car 2 minutes walking 10 minutes. Little bit up in the hill going down will be easy going up little bit need energy if you don't have car or old people with you. Close to the beach and super markets. Not far from split around 10-30 minutes depend on the traffic. The flat have everything you need. Close to Avere tour agency where you can have all tours from Podstrana highly recommend to try the quad and blue cave tours. One more bonus all beaches are free in the area even 5 stars hotels you can go for free just pay for the parking and seat if needed. Conlemani resturant was great near by in Le Maredian hotel good to have pizza was super good. The beacg was good also there. The beaches are all rock beach no sand beach so better to have good slipper or swimming shoes. Highly recommend the flat was very good for the family of 5 persons. I think it can accommodate 6-7 persons."
