Breakfast was cooked perfectly. Coffee not too strong not too weak. All the staff we encountered were very polite. Check in was a little had to understand because of the accent. Bar/restaurant closes a 11pm, just as we walked in from a concert. Nothing within walking distance was open at that time to eat.

The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Everything was very clean. My only complaint was that we had very loud neighbors singing, dancing playing music on a karaoke machine till well after midnight. We called to have security come and tell him to keep it down, which they did for about five minutes and then started back up again just didn't have the energy to call again. This went on till like 2 AM

First when me and my wife arrived, the woman that was working in the Front Desk was offering the People in her line water while the gentleman in my line did not offer us anything. Also there was no instructions for how to operate the safe in the room and then they act like the breakfast is free until you ask where to sit and then they tell you the price of the breakfast

Stayed only one night so didn't go outside the hotel. The room was great and the staff was very efficient and friendly. I was alone so sat at the bar and had a glass of wine and dinner; and the bartender was very friendly and easy to chat with. The food was great. All in all a great stay. The parking garage gave me a bit of trouble, but that was on me. Love that there was a big sign on the wall on the way out that told me exactly how to get onto 91N.
