Please,Please,Please,Please,Please, purchase travel insurance!!!!!!!!! Saltwater is the perfect get-away on the beautiful beaches of St. George Island, Florida. Centrally located, Saltwater is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the island hike/bike trails. Bruce State Park, with its nine miles of pristine natural beaches, is only a short ride from your beach get-away. An excellent location & delightful interior make this home a perfect choice for your vacation. Features two bedrooms on the first level. The first is a master suite with jetted tub & a King Bed that overlooks the Gulf. The second is a well appointed bedroom with another king bed and an on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an open 12 ft. high children’s loft with 2 sets of trundle beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Multiple TVs/BluRay DVDs, stereo & WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off a day of fun in the sand, a park-style grill for fun family cookouts , and two spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf.This house is dog friendly and very child friendly (Pack-n-play, Highchair, ). Park your car and rent bikes or a golf cart to travel around the island. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia

Great week at the beach!
Nice, clean home in a great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the gulf from the porches. Neighbors are very close but was not an issue. Weather was perfect every day we were there. Layout of home was very accommodating for 2 couples allowing for privacy when needed.

This was our 4th stay at Saltwater. The location is absolutely perfect! You can walk everywhere and it’s dog friendly! The listing is exactly as it is in-person. Can’t wait to go back!

Location! Location! Location!
This beach house is in the most convenient location. Park your car and never drive anywhere for your entire vacation! Beach access from the back porch to the private beach access. Sit on the porch and watch the sunrise and dolphins swim in the ocean!

It's in the details
We want to come back it was soooo nice and the location is perfect! The little bit of yard or garden area behind the parking area is overgrown and rough on the shins. Walking between the condos was a challenge as well and downed palm tree leaves ripped my ankle open to bleed. The boards need replaced on outer decking and the screws were exposed and cut my grandsons foot open too. If the outside area got as much attention as the inside it would have been much nicer! Oh and the carpet is stained badly in one bedroom.

The island of St George is absolutely gorgeous, the location of the house is perfect, however, the house itself is in need of maintenance, for example, the upstairs a/c unit was NOT working and was 80 degrees. When host was informed by us, she replied that a part was on order, but never informed us before hand that it was not working! I think the worst part that ruined my stay was the smell of dirty dog in the house (and we have a dog), carpeting definitely should be replaced or at the very least, cleaned. Absolutely filthy! Will definitely return to St George, but not this particular house.

Want to walk out your door onto sand; or have a most amazing sea view? If so, this place is for you. Extremely well appointed and very clean. Close to everything you need. Neighbors are close, so hopefully yours are as great as mine were. If you're mobility limited, this might not be your place. Otherwise, awesome!

Fairytale on the beach
This property was easy to book at the last minute and the home was AMAZING! Uniquely decorated- it felt like a fairy cottage on the beach! Loved it! Great location, great experience
Arrived and checked in with no issues. The house was in a perfect location for us, we were within a 5 minute walk of every restaurant on the island, which was great for stretching our legs after plenty of oysters, crab legs, burgers, and bbq. View from the house is excellent, everything was clean and comfortable, have no complaints about our stay!

The location was really, really great! There were some information conflicts regarding the VRBO listing and the welcome guide provided. For example, the WiFi info and check out times. However, overall it was great and we would definitely stay there again!

This was our first time renting a townhome. It was very clean and an accurate description online. We even had a welcome gift from the host which was a nice touch to notice upon opening the front door! The host was responsive to my emails and texts. Always a bonus! Perfect oceanfront views
This house was perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset right from the main living area. There are steps, so not for those who would have difficulty. But, the house was otherwise perfect and dog-friendly!!
