"In town for the weekend for my wife’s birthday. Loved the apartment. Parking can be tricky. Easy walk to pretty much anywhere. We did uber a couple times and pickup times were less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommended. "

"The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. "I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages....
