"Although there was a slight snafu, regarding the pick-up location of the hotel shuttle, all worked out well. Enjoyed a pleasant conversation with the driver. Upon my arrival, check-in was quick & easy.. A room wasn't available since I was quite early, so it was suggested I could sit out near the pool, which I did. The lobby's set up nicely, with chairs & tables, with a hot coffee or tea station in the corner (24 hours, self-serve). For a quick eat, there's a McDonald's a few feet away from the property. Upon entry into my room, there was a nice fragrance.. Wifi worked fine (no problems).. Being there for only one night, I was quite comfortable & relaxed. Vending machines (snacks & water/soda) on each floor. Reasonable price.. Have coins on hand just in case. The staff (front desk (day/night) and shuttle drivers) were friendly, helpful, and courteous! Check-out was a breeze! Definitely would stay again... "

"Decided to switch from Best Western to Rodeway after reading negative reviews, especially about the BW shuttle. We were very happy with Rodeway - clean and comfortable room and professional staff. The restaurant was pretty good with really nice wait staff. And the best part was the shuttle - Antoine was there so fast, he was waiting for us! And the shuttle to the cruise port was FREE - unlike BW which was $15pp - and the driver (forgot his name) was great. Definitely would recommend Rodeway Inn & Suites."

"It was conveniently located in a quiet area but near the Enterprise rental car office and drop-off location. In addition, one had a parking garage to use as an option if needed. The airport and or port shuttle service was an additional advantage and convenience available. The restaurant and bar also were excellent. We will stay here again if we cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale."
