À notre arrivée en fin d’après midi, nous ouvrons le canapé lit et découvrons que les draps et serviettes sales des précédents occupants y sont en boule à l’intérieur. Un oubli cela arrive le canapé étant replié. Nous le signalons à l’hôtesse d’accueil qui de manière très désagréable nous a fait comprendre qu’il n’y avait plus de personnel de chambre et qu’elle ne pouvait rien pour nous. Son ton……

“Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".”

“The room was very clean. I wasn’t a fan of the blinking lights from the smoke detectors tho.”
