“We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.”

“We had asked to check in early and they had told us yes it would be within an hour ! Three hours later at 3:00 pm we got our room ! I was disappointed in this we had made plans but cancelled them cause we were waiting on the hour time frame promised ! We saw tons of people check out cleaning staff was on duty you would have thought we could have gotten one room ready for us with two small children! ”

“Parking was easy, valet service was fairly quick. Staff were nice in all areas, especially the bellhop to take luggage to your room, all extremely nice, helpfuland personable. Rooms were modern, new, and very clean. The food choices could be increased especially for those with food allergies - limited menu options. Limited in dining for breakfast, we were not able to order in-room dining for breakfast as we had hoped all weekend because they only allow five orders per time slot, which is……

“Great breakfast and easy transport to the airport ”

“Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".”

“The place was clean and well priced for the area. I felt safe and it was pretty walkable. Although, the lack of drinking water provided from hosts needs to come to an end; I’m on a trip/vacation there should be little inconvenience. There also wasn’t any ice nor ice trays in the freezer. They also didn’t provide us many towels. There were two of us for two nights and they provided two towels.. and only one wash cloth and no hand drying towel. I didn’t like the attitude when we asked for more……

“At first glance the rooms were clean, but when you really look yog can see the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade, it’s very easy to see it’s an older hotel. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. If you have a gluten allergy don’t even bother going down because there is nothing there for you. Very limited selection and what hot items were there were not good.”
