The front desk staff was unprofessional and disorganized, providing us with a key card taped inside a piece of paper without any proper communication. When we reached our assigned room (Room 520), we discovered there was no door at all—just two maintenance workers actively replacing it. We were told to leave and come back later, despite having just checked in. After returning over an hour later with my children, the door was still not complete, and we were told to enter the room anyway while work continued. This created a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation, as we were expected to stay in a room with the door open and unknown individuals working inside. Despite multiple attempts to contact the front desk for assistance or a room change, no one answered. When I went down in person, the property was clearly understaffed and unable to assist. To make matters worse, the room itself was completely unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The bedsheets contained visible feces,stains and hair, the floors were dirty with debris, and there was urine on the toilet seat. This is not just poor service—it is a serious failure in basic sanitation and guest safety standards. After enduring these conditions for hours with no resolution, my family and I ultimately left the hotel at 2:00 AM and went to the airport, as we could not safely or comfortably stay any longer."
