"The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport. "

"The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff here was so friendly and seemed to really want to be there. Walking down the pathways throughout the day, everyone says hello and good morning. There were many different food options, some better than others, but overall was good. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which I don't really think was worth it. If we return, we would probably not do again. "

"We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. The staff was attentive &the food was delicious. We loved the pool.& the floating breakfast. The only downside was we weren't able to wash our own clothes although the staff did take care of it for us. Would definitely stay again when visiting Jamaica "

"This villa was AMAZING! The only disappointing thing about my stay was that I had to leave! My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I have no words about the service. Julie was very responsive and kept everything streamlined. She gave recommendations on travel which shortened the wait time at the airport. The staff (Fabian, Damian, and Sheryl) were awesome. They were very accommodating and helpful. The food was to die for. Chef Damian is very talented and catered to your food preferences. Fabian needs to be a bartender. He made the best drinks as well as took us out kayaking. This was the best vacation!! We will be back!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Plum—it was the perfect getaway for our family of five. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. From the start, the service was top-notch. John, our host, communicated clearly and promptly before our arrival, even providing contact information for the house butcher and driver, which was very helpful.Nikita, the butler, was an absolute delight—warm, attentive, and ensured our every need was met with a smile. Nikita was incredibly helpful in organizing a surprise birthday celebration. Although we hadn’t communicated our plans in advance, she stepped in right away and made everything come together beautifully. The chef,Javan, impressed us daily with delicious meals, including a variety of flavorful local dishes. Shavar, our dedicated driver, was accommodating with our schedule and suggested great excursions. The sunset boat ride was my favorite. The housekeeping team, Kenneisha and Stewart, kept the home impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Carl and Jowayne made us feel like royalty. "My family went down for Christmas. We had 7 adults in the house, very spacious. Location was perfect. The hobie catamaran was used everyday as were the paddle boards. The entire staff was amazing. They helped with all the major & minor details. The food was delicious and they helped coordinate drivers and activities for us. Would definitely return. Highly recommend for a family getaway. "
