The hotel was beautiful. My only issue was the food. Either way too long of a wait or they would just run out of food. Really need to get that part fixed! You go to a place like that and expect to be able to eat when you want but unless you go to the buffett you honestly can’t!
we got update to the Lady Hamilton, very spacious, loved the coral beach and all the activities, lots of different restaurants to choose, buffet was good too, night entertainment was fun
We just returned from Iberostar Grand and absolutely loved our experience. We reserved arrival at Club MoBay (a must) and had a private transfer to the Grand. It is only a 15 minute drive and is another plus. We were greeted like lost long family with lots of smiles and welcomes. A cool towel and ...
There were way to many young children, year to 3 years in strollers in an adult side of the resort. Adult beach had kids in strollers on it. Need to get this corrected. Restaurants that had dress codes, ie long pants for men were ignored and shorts were allowed. This after going and changing for dinner ...
Decent hotel but can definitely use a face lift, and some of the workers can definitely use some training in customer service
We have been staying at all-inclusive resorts for the last 13 years about once per year. I think this was our best experience yet with excellent service from all staff, a beautiful facility, lots of choices for quiet areas and activity areas to relax or participate, never a shortage of seating, timely ...
Great time. Would like to have had sum umbrellas on the beach.
Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Check in was frustrating as they messed up our check in process and didn’t give us the proper upgrade. Otherwise, good food and nice experience. Would recommend.
Beautiful place, excellent stuff, felt like on real vacation
We had a wonderful time. My kids can’t wait to go back. Thos hotel was superior to others we’ve stayed at in Jamaica.
I have never been to Jamaica or stayed in an all inclusive. After reading reviews I had a lot of concerns, but my husband wanted this sort of vacation and chose this place because of the facilities for kids. It was the best vacation for us! I loved the food and there were tons of options, including ...
Great resort!!! Relaxing, attentive ataff, delicious food, and just the right size for a relaxing vacation. Many activities to choose from! We loved the carribean feel and decor - light, airy, and tropical.
Had a wonderful week long stay. Enjoyed fun entertainment, water sports and a beachside wedding of friends
The food was amazing! The grilled lobster tails were the best. Hats off to all the chefs. I wasn’t aware Iberostar has three hotels on one site. We stayed at Beaches which I thought had the lazy river. If you want the lazy river book at the Suites. Overall the hotel was great and met our expectations. ...
The hotel is new and the rooms are very modern with remotes and buttons to control it all from the lights to the shades to the room service. The staff is happy to accommodate requests, just ask. While I will say that the pace of the service was a bit more relaxed than the American fast pace that ...
Fantastic all inclusive resort. Staff is very friendly and always there for you. Facilities are spotless. WiFi worked great. Staff was always cleaning to keep the facility spotless. Food was excellent. Yoga is offered twice a day at no charge, right by the ocean. We loved the beach party. So many ...
