We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. "Where can I start. The place is unbelievable, everything was amazing. Jorge (host) was excellent very helpful everything you would want for a Host. I had family and friends there and it was more than enough room to accommodate 15 couples. Definitely book this Palace it’s worth every penny!!"
