The location cannot be beat, you're walking distance from everything in the French Quarter, and the property was quiet and safe through the night. "It’s hard to start with just how perfect this home is for a holiday. From walking through the neighbourhood to the home which is just oozing New Orleans charm to opening the doors and continuing throughout. Rooms were spacious and aircon working great. Kitchen well prepped with general things to clean and make a coffee. Location was perfect for jazz fest, only a 15 minute walk away. The other way a 20 min walk to the French quarter/bourbon street. "The house was in a great location. Felt safe walking to and from both Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The house itself was a good size for our group. However, it could certainly use some maintenance. The walls were scratched up from the chairs in the dining space and the shower situations weren’t ideal. "First and foremost, the apartment was just as shown. It was clearly remodeled in the recent past, and very clean. The location was perfect for us. Owner extremely responsive. The only drawbacks to us were a lack of hand-towels (where to wash hands in the bathroom was kind of funky). Also, not having a TV with local antenna was awkward. It's New Orleans, and weather can be an issue. Otherwise, minor irritants. The stay was perfect. I'd definitely stay again."

"This property is a fantastic spot for a group of about 8-10. It’s a short walk to Bourbon Street making activities easy to access, and the hot tub is a nice touch. The Jazz Quarters offers three separate yet adjacent suites with a nice common area outside that offers some privacy from the other suites. The only major drawback is the pullout couch in Pink suite.
