Overall friendly staff. Clean rooms. Just didn’t have a microwave in the room. Got weird looks when using the communal microwave in the lobby.

Close to amenities and easy to find. First time we stayed was great. However this past weekend we was given a room with a clogged toilet and it took over 2 hrs to get a plunger brought to the room. And the lobby washrooms wasn't cleaned at all from friday to sunday. Breakfast was minimal but did the job and was tasty just not alot of options. Staff was slow to check in but helpful when needed. Parking was good didnt have to park far away from the building after a long day of travel. Overall was a good stay but needs to work on things to improve

Chose because of the ratings. Not sure if it was all friends and family that rated, but surely does not deserve the rating you show. Hall carpets disgusting. Buy a rug cleaner. Mattress terrible. Bedding terrible (hate microfiber). Toilet literally about 12” off the ground. The type you see in preschools. Shower head also incredibly old and low. Breakfast was your basic hotel pre-made “omelette”. No O.J. Coffee in mini to-go cups, not even a reg 12 oz. paper cup. (Did have ceramic mugs available if staying in the very limited breakfast room. (Only 4 or 5 tables can’t remember exactly as it was full when we came in) Wont be back.
