Management must Double Check Conditions of room after housekeeping is done. Maintenance seems to miss details that are important to customers. Ex: TV & phone.. 3 mos ago when I came, the phone in room didn’t work...but Previous day Office Person “Ian” was very accommodating and resolved issue right away! Overall, hotel is better than others that are comparable.

USC is a beautiful campus. It's like an Ivy League school in the West Coast. The students we had interaction with were smart and friendly. The workers at the bookstore were knowledgeable and accommodating. My visitors and friends who were from Europe were so impressed with the school that they wished we could stay longer but had to visit other sites.
