“Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds.”

“ This is a little gem of an experience. The property is located on a point jutting into Tampa Bay, with a great skyline view of Tampa, especially at night. The property offers all sorts of activities, has a great pool that is clean and well maintained, two restaurants within walking distance, park for kids across the street.
