“Kitchen was minimally equipped but had what we needed. It was clean and had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. It is an older building and could be maintained maybe a little better. But it suited our needs. Parking is okay. I did have to contact the owner to have them clear the spot designated for our unit but it only took five minutes. It had limited sources for heat so it was a bit chilly at first. For the price it was a good value. ”

“This apartment was easy to find and immaculately clean. Furnishings were quite dated, but adequate. Decor was strangely eclectic with cityscape posters (NYC, London, Paris, etc) and one monster movie poster combined with African elephant figurines and an American Southwest dish garden! The kitchen left a lot to be desired, but would be sufficient in a pinch. Only a 2 burner hot plate was provided for cooking, a mishmash of small dinner plates and limited glassware. “The apartment was a perfect home base for a busy weekend! It was such a cute space—spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen with a fridge was great! The small desk in the bedroom was perfect for getting a few things done on my laptop. It’s an older home, so there may not be as many outlets as you expect. Next time we’ll bring an extension cord! We weren’t able to get the fold out bed to work, but our son was comfortable sleeping on the large, soft couch. The king size bed in the bedroom was……

“Stay was comfortable and relaxed. In town for volleyball tournament. We didn't realize there was a basement bedroom and bathroom. It was perfectly fine. Great location. Easy check out. Would stay there again.”

“Property was good, we had a good stay. Old house so expect lots of creeks. Not far from the spokane arena. Over all we had a good stay for our kids wrestling tournament. ”
