“In general, the property was exactly as listed. It was clean, well-maintained, pet-friendly, and well-equipped. There is also a den/office that can function as a third bedroom, which was a nice bonus. The home is in a good location with convenient access to shopping, recreation, and other amenities. “The property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The washer and dryer were nice to have. Everything we needed or could have wanted was there. We felt very safe being tucked back at the end of the driveway behind the gate. It was very close to the grocery store and other businesses, but yet we didn't get the feeling we were in a busy area. Jean was delightful and always willing to chat if we wanted to. We will stay here again if we ever get to Portland in the future.”

Because we are asked to separate trash from recyclables, it would be good if the property provided receptacles for recyclables.
