“客人事前不知道这间店酒入住前, 经电邮发给check in密码; 我不停輸入订房编号，密码錯误，十分狼狽！当时挼掣亦無法联络洒店的人，十分無助。幸好遇见其他住客出入，獲告知要查看电郵內的密码。”

“Wir haben fast 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen. Das plätschern des Bachs war sehr beruhigend beim Einschlafen und generell war es super ruhig. Due Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hatte alles, was man braucht. Für uns Großstädter war einzig der tägliche Anstieg zur Unterkunft eine kleine Herausforderung. Für die Anreise würde ich ein Taxi empfehlen.”

“One-star review
Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service.
During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel.
We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told……
