“All of the above! A+”

“Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort.”

“This is definitely a great deal if you want to stay just outside of the Callaway Gardens and FDR Park. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a corner store nearby for you to stock your fridge. Although we got the garden Suite with the hot tub, that probably wasn't necessary and the hot tub isn't really that big anyway but I'm not going to lower my rating because it wasn't a giant hot tub. Reservations indicated free continental breakfast but second morning there was only leftovers from the day before. I questioned why there was not a fresh breakfast as the previous morning only to be told that the truck didn’t come. Totally unacceptable for all, for the price I was charged.”

“Shower had several hairs on sides and in bottom of tub. Bathroom did not appear to get cleaned between stays.”

“smell Disgusting”

“The breakfast and coffee were very good”

“Convenient location with easy access to the Interstate. The price was high compared to other Quality Inns we have stayed in and enjoyed more, but this may be due to an Auburn home football game against LSU the same day, which probably triggered an automatic increase in prices. The breakfast was extremely uninspiring compared to our stay at the Quality Inn in Monteagle TN several days earlier. Unlike the one in Monteagle, there were no eggs, no sausage and no granola. We had to make do with corn……

“Air conditioner wasn't cooling well.”

“Nice place to lay your head for the night and thats about it. Maybe after renovations it will be better”
