“The house is roomy for a large group, we had six people. They're significant deferred maintenance on the property, for example one of the toilets didn't work properly, a kitchen drawer was hanging in the opening, The bathroom door wouldn't close, The gate to the yard is broken, the weeds are 3 and 4 ft tall all through the yard, towel bar very loose and almost hanging off the wall. There were only two washcloths in the entire home, and the ceiling fan in the back bedroom upstairs did not work.……

The neighborhood was conveniently located near I 70, a fantastic produce and food market, Heine’s, and shopping mall just 10 minutes away. Oh, a kind neighbor jumped our dead battery when it was time to leave!”
