My room had a moisture issue with the hvac system, but I was too tight on time to deal with moving rooms. I’m sure the staff would have. They seemed helpful. Do not pay for parking through Expedia. Total ripoff. There are 2 garages adjacent to the property. One was 12.50. You can valet through the hotel for like $25 I think, and they were present every time I went in and out.
