Such a beautiful hotel and experience

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and polite. Check in a breeze , the bartender amazing, our room perfect. Would definitely recommend it.

This was advertised as a HOTEL….. this is MOST DEFINITELY NOT A HOTEL. This is a glorified motel- did not appreciate the accommodation situation, lack of ease to access our room, size of room, layout of room was a typical motel. Did not like at all! This is false advertising when it’s offered as a Hotel and when you show up to find out it’s a motel, but the reservation is non refundable.

Classy and well located hotel near all the best parts of town. We really loved the rooftop bar.

My stay at the Bourbon Inn was simply amazing. Everything was fresh and clean and the service simply awesome! Directly across the street from the Bourbon Inn is Central Park with tons of trees, flowers, and other vegetation contributing to the fresh air space occupied by the Bourbon Inn. The breakfast cooked fresh each and every morning was excellent! I wholeheartedly recommend the Bourbon Inn, a peaceful place to relax, meditate, have a vacation, or just a place to retreat from the stress of today's busy world!

Got there late. Will say that the front desk staff was nice and check in and bar was nice enough to give us silverware for our leftovers. We did need to request a fridge to our room, but staff was super nice about it and brought it quickly with no extra charge. I thought the room would be bigger though. Room was small. Didn't feel luxurious, felt like just a bedroom in my home. Nothing special. Bed was TERRIBLE. Super hard bed. Felt like I was sleeping on a rod. A sofa pull out couch might have been better. No room service menu provided. Last time I stayed you were able to put a breakfast room request form on the door for the next morning. That was a bummer. Bathroom was nice though. Probably a one and done stay. The room really wasn't worth the price.

Downtown- close to “Fourth Street” & the conference that I was visiting for.

We were given a room on the lower level which is where they put guests with pets even though we didn’t have any animals. The room was clean enough but did have an odd smell. Being that it was on a lower level the room had a small patio entrance but the interior of the building felt like a parking garage. The entrance to parking lot itself was also very strange as well

The hotel was beautiful and we had fun In The casino. Even tho the rooms were non smoking there was a Smokey smell. But over all the resort was clean and beautiful.
