The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience

My stay at the Bourbon Inn was simply amazing. Everything was fresh and clean and the service simply awesome! Directly across the street from the Bourbon Inn is Central Park with tons of trees, flowers, and other vegetation contributing to the fresh air space occupied by the Bourbon Inn. The breakfast cooked fresh each and every morning was excellent! I wholeheartedly recommend the Bourbon Inn, a peaceful place to relax, meditate, have a vacation, or just a place to retreat from the stress of today's busy world!

Very nice hotel

We had a wonderful time with a group of 8 of us. Valet was perfect! Access to the the bar was fabulous and good. We ordered drinks and desserts and enjoyed the ambiance. Would highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely lovely. The room was great, the service and staff were first rate. The only negative was the bar closing 45 minutes before the posted time.

A beautiful facility with reminders of the past surrounding you! Very nice and friendly hotel.

Without asking they upgraded us to one of their best rooms so we would be on a quiet floor since a large family reunion was going on. They made sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. It wasn't fancy but if you are looking for a clean, friendly hotel I highly recommend them
