“Breakfast menu fresh. Design of the room beautiful. Clean, fresh, staff friendly. Great place to stay”

“It is an older hotel so its not perfect. That being said, the pool area was great, breakfast was good, it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Booked for weekend, power went out 2 hrs after we checked in. Did not come back on. But hotel had power for elevator and computer to charge our credit card. No lights, no hot water and no food. But still they charged us. Asked for a refund, they offered minimal points, I ask them to comp our room, they would not”

“The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!”

“Power outage stopped us from checking in. Even though the whole lobby had electricity, the cooler, the computer could pull up the reservation and ALL the lights were on. I can’t review the room, pool or even staff but it was a poor experience. Will take my refund pay more to stay somewhere else.”
