"Enjoyed the stay at the hotel although I think we must have had the room furthest away from the lifts. Still it was manageable and this room had a walk in shower which is better for us. The location is great as our preferred mode of transport is the bus and there are stops both directions just outside the hotel. This weekend was a bit of a disruption as road works closed some of the bus stops. All in all a most enjoyable stay."

"Nice, clean hotel and good location but whoever designed the room layout is a psycho. The bed is against the wall on 3 sides. There is only one way to get to the in or out of bed. If the person sleeping on the wall side needs to get out of bed at night, they need to crawl over the other person. "

"Great location! So convenient. The comfy bed & shower facilities were outstanding. The room is small but efficient. It did take us time to work out the high-tech iPad that controls everything. We’re older. But once we got help with it, it became easy. Breakfast has a good assortment. We liked it very much & we had an outstanding view of the Tower of London!"

Look, I get some of the cost-savings…. although the very annoying machine-checkin, while 2 staff members stand right next to it is just pointless, people want to check-in/out to a human, not a screen…. But I then overheard a tech say the following. The air cond is deliberately turned off at 11am, 6pm and 2am. It turns itself off in every room. UK buildings like this are often really hot, 10 degrees more than outside as they have been designed to keep...

"Nice hotel, easy access to tourist hop on hop off bus, right next to Tower of London. Rooms are very nice with either a view of Katherine's Harbor or the Thames. Concierge was very helpful with all requests. I would definayely stay therebagain."
