But I will have to make a suggestion, the hotel needs some improvements in maintenance, and cleaning, specially the hallways, and some other areas in general like exterior walls , things like that. "The resort was great. Great staff and very good food. They did have a power outage that lasted about four hours. Their back generators only turned on for about 20 minutes and the. Power went out again. Our room got extremely hot and muggy. All they could say is that it was problem on the government side and not theirs. "

The only thing I would say I had an issue with would be after my second day there my tub water ran and little funny yellowish color which was odd but I honestly can say that was my only issue. "There is a wonderful outdoor tropical feel to this resort. Lots of palm trees. The hallways and walkways throught are open air. Lots of little eateries for a quick bite plus restaurants. The chef grilling meat or fish to order was amazing. My fish and calamari were tender and delicious. The beach is short, the water gets deep fast and very rough you can't really go in. The hotel is oldish for my preference but the breezy outdoor effect was nice. "
