"Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. "

"The hotel staff made our stay wonderful. The front desk clerk Sam went above and beyond any employee I've ever seen work in a hotel. She was very professional and kind and met us with a smile. I wish there were more front desk clerks like her."

The only concerned I had was the bed. Did have some concerns. Otherwise the room was clean and welcoming. Will stay there when I visit Panama City. "
