“The condo showed signs of age and hard use. While it was clean, the unit is in need of some renovation and replacements. I believe the pictures do not reflect the real condition of the unit. The coffee machine was rather dirty, the kitchen lacked many of the basic items needed to cook, kitchen cabinets, base boards, and bathrooms were beat up.
