"We did like the location of the property. Close to the beach and the communication with the host was always quick to answer any questions we had..... However the property didnot look anything like the pictures on the site..... The outside was overgrown, and the building needed some TLC..the inside needed cleaning and updating..(perhaps paint). "

"This house was amazing and very convenient location. The beach was a 4 minute walk from doorway to the end of the public entrance. They had so many things for guest to use: beach chairs, toys, wagons etc. Games and books for my grandchildren were a HUGE bonus. Grocery store super close. We just had such a wonderful time. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. It was a very short 2-3 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. The condo had chairs, umbrellas and beach towels available for us to use. The beach is beautiful with almost snow white sand. We were lucky to have warm days without a cloud in the sky. Best part...it wasn't crowded. Our host, Nicole, was so quick to answer questions and had suggestions on things to see and do. We wouldn't...

"The location, decor, above ground pool, game room, and the attention to details made this home a great rental. We had an unexpected, circumstantial issue with the AC going out prior to arrival, and we were notified via phone call by the owner prior to arriving. The owner had a window unit in each room and 2 portable air conditioners for living room bedroom. It was uncomfortably warm, but we were thankful for their attempt to offset the discomfort and the monetary refund to show their concern...

"We enjoyed this little duplex bungalow just a walk away from the Panama City Beach. It was clean and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, cook some great seafood on the gas grill, and relax outside on the lighted porch or by the propane fire pit. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. "
