“House was just as advertised. It was perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone had their own space and then had good common space for our group of 11. Was so great to be able to go to beach directly from house without having to “pack up” to go. Pool was also great for kiddos when they didn’t want to go to beach. “This property is a true gem. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach access. Lots of shops/ restaurants/ coffee shops within walking distance. Plenty of space for a large group with room to park multiple cars. We truly enjoyed the extras this house offers that most do not. We grilled and played basketball on the back patio, this was prefect for the one rainy day we had. We played ping pong, connect four and watched movies in the game room. “On our multiple vacations to PCB, we have always stayed in a condo, but since our family has grown, we decided a house would be best. It was GREAT to have ample parking for our vehicles (3 but could probably fit 4) in the driveway, no searching for carts and making multiple trips to unload, no waiting in line for elevators, etc.. “Clean and feet from the ocean. Owner is SUPER responsive. The AC unit went out the first night we where there and she had the repair guy there the next morning at 8am aand it was fixed with in 30 min and never gave us anymore problems. This is a GREAT rental.”
