We chose the hotel due to its proximity to Victoria Station since we flew in from Gatwick and the Gatwick Express ends there. It could not have been more convenient. "The property was conveniently located and front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The bed was relatively comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The rainfall shower head was excellent with good water pressure and temperature. Towel warmer was a nice feature. Housekeeping was hit or miss though on refilling items such as toilet paper, creamers, and sugars. And multiple times, the ceramic cups that were put on the shelf were dirty. "

"We stayed in a family “wizard” room and it was wonderful. Lots of thoughtful design touches - whoever decorated these rooms really took a lot of care with all the details. The included wizard breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Also they gave my daughter some wizard coins to exchange for treats. No lift but the staff help you with your bags on the stairs, and you can request a ground floor room if you have difficulty with stairs. "
