“The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.……

“Cute place and great location too! We were able to walk to most sites or take the train. The area is safe and residential. We enjoyed watching movies at night with the easy streaming options. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is big! Photos accurately depict the place. Would stay here again for sure. Owners were very accommodating and responsive.”

“Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will……

“I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.”

“The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.”

The arcade games were such an amazing touch to keep our 8 year old busy after running around all day... and you will be running around all day because you'll be close to everything. The hosts are amazing communicators and send an incredibly thourough guide and respond with promptness to any other questions. Hoping to get back sooner rather than later.”
