"Room was dirty with mold in the shower, breakfast wasn’t just bad - it was somehow actually sad and depressing, staff were disengaged at best, and there is nooooo space to even walk around the bed in the room. On the positive side, location is convenient! We ended up leaving a day early even though they made it clear we would still be charged. It was just too gross."

"This was a staycation. I spent 4 nights and it was amazing. My first room had a horrible view, I had to ask for a room change or I would have lost my minddd. The staff was great and I got a room change. Beds were comfortable. I slept great in both rooms. Breakfast was included. I was there to rest and I only had breakfast 1 day. It was good, 7/10. I slept late EVERY. SINGLE. DAY after that. Again, bed was comfortable, room was clean, and cozy. I did wipe both rooms with clorox wipes and I was pleased that the wipes didn't looked too bad. That made me more comfortable. Location is THE BEST! I walked everywhere lol, but the subway is the way to go. So, MY overall experience was great. 8/10 :) I didn't drive, cause I knew parking would've been rough and more expensive than uber. Get a cab or take the subway."

"Great price for the area. Our room had no fridge nor other appliances but it was essentially just to spend the nights as we were visiting family in NY, so not a deal breaker for us. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only downside was the parking! No on site parking and good luck finding parking after 8pm :( overall I really enjoyed the location and will be rebooking whenever I am back in NY!"

"The hotel has such potential but the care of the property left me disappointed. I booked the room for two people, however they only provided towels for one person. Each day I had to ask the housekeeper for a second set of towels. I was required to pay a $35 daily usage fee to cover wifi and a pastry and coffee each morning from the cafe. However you were only allowed one pastry and one coffee despite the fact there were two people in the room. It was very awkward and felt "cheap". The entry light to the room was burnt out and I had to request it to be replaced. The most concerning was the fact the deadbolt to the room was broken. The staff said it would be fixed the day I reported it, however it remained non-functioning for my entire stay. The location was great and the building itself nice, but the management needs to step up to provide a better and safer experience for their guests."
