They were responsive to my questions before I arrived, and provided excellent instructions on how to get to and in the hotel. There may not be someone there but they make it super convenient to self serve. When you do meet the staff - They are friendly, helpful, welcoming. The room was in an area that had been recently renovated. The room was very spacious with a separate living room, and a very modern and functional bathroom. "We had a bit of hard time to find our keys as we got there and nobody was at the reception desk. They don't speak English but we managed with google translate. Room was super nice and clean and is a 5 min drive to Treviso airport. We also find dining that was amazing, so overall a good experience."

"This hotel was friendly and located within a walkable distance from some of the main attractions of Venice. I loved the ease of walking down the street in the morning to get coffee and pastry, there is also a supermarket close by to stock up on anything you may need during your trip.
