The house was super clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathrooms were filled with everything you need, and the living room was very warm and comfortable. Distance to school wasn't as close as I thought (will need car to go back and forth) but well worth the drive. I will definitely be back!”

“This was our first experience in a tiny home. Everything was new, clean and tastefully done. It had everything that we needed and the bed was super comfortable. If it dark when you arrive, please stop into the front office for a nap and directions. ”

“Great location. House was a work in progress. It seemed that the house was not 100%. It was fine for what we needed. We arrived at 11:30pm, out the door to stadium by 11am. Got back home after midnight. It was a nice port in a storm. Minor issues, no hand towels, no toilet paper holder, paint rollers in the refrigerator. It will be nice when completed. ”
