“Room not properly cleaned. Lobby/sitting area had garbage all over the floor. Drug activity in the2nd floor hallway. The desk wouldnt take my chime card for incidentals but allowed guest in front of me to tell them a card number without the physical card. Had to leave about 2 hours after checking in for an emergency and the hotel staff stated the manager would refund and i just had to contact expedia for it and expedia tried multiple times to get ahold of the staff and couldnt. Super sketchy……

“No one at desk when arriving, had to call out for someone to check me in. Key failed to work in door, had to walk to lobby and call out for someone to assist me. Key worked but had to shoulder door to open. No phone in room to report TV not working, had to walk to report it not working. Told it would be fixed but never was. Room was only cleaned one day. Left room on Thursday morning, April 09/26 and told them toilet was not working. Came back to room late that night and found bed not made,……
