“I travel a lot, and this is the worst hotel I've stayed in for the last 10 years, but maybe longer. The entire hotel smells like stale cigarettes. We had to buy air fresheners just to survive the space. Bedding was soiled. Room was never cleaned during the stay. There were insufficient towels and when we asked for more, the hotel didn't have any. The pool was functional the first day but then went out of service. I had a reservation for several days and planned to leave partway through the stay……
