“It’s perfect ”

“Ruined our entire trip. We were taking our first vacation in years, could not have picked a worse hotel. The shower only had scalding hot water, no cold water at all. When we called the front desk, we were told, "Oh, yeah they're working on the water. I can get you another room, but we've heard from other floors it's the same issue. So, no guarantee with the issue." When I told her we didn't want a new room because we had just unpacked, she hung up on me. No apologies or other reasons. Later we……

“convenient area, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe are all in the neighborhoods.....nice to be here instead of downtown with protestors”

“Overall, the facilities was very clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They just did not clean my rooms every other day. No vacuum, no bringing me any of the towels or washcloths. As x I had to get them myself from the front desk, I had to enter my own trash and take it to the dumpster other than that, my stay was amazing.The food yes wonderful thank you”
