“The heating unit was good. Parking was good. The side walk could use some repair.”

“I did not have any complaints about the hotel, room, or staff. However, being very close to the highway made it fairly noisy. ”

“When we checked out our two rooms we were charged two different rates although they were booked on Expedia at same time and we checked in same time. Front desk clerk said he was new, couldn’t resolve and would resolve once manager arrived. No follow up to date and remains unresolved. ”

“The HVAC system kept the room comfortable. The bed was comfortable and clean. However the mirrors and shower door was not clean. The floor was vacuumed but the carpet close to the woodwork needed attention. ”
