“Breakfast, The couple two times my husband been staying at this hotel breakfast is not serve. He has noticed everytime the hotel is full they always cancel breakfast. He usually stays in this hotel because of work being close by and they provide free breakfast. I feel is a bad service not providing breakfast when they have free breakfast when you booked the hotel. ”

“Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the Vent. ”
