“I rarely give such low ratings but the room itself was sub par at best. Dirty floor, and the toilet and shower are in one tiny closet-like area and the sink is in the room. No chance for dressing in privacy if you're traveling with older kids. The room was not touched/serviced for the entire 4 day 3 night stay, including removal of trash. We caught one employee in the hall and gave him our soaking wet towels and asked for fresh ones. Came back to room late afternoon and no towels. When we called……
